Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Certain products, including food and beverage items, dated goods, custom orders, and personal protective equipment, are non-returnable unless defective.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Any shortages or order discrepancies should also be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
A restocking fee may apply for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items based on supplier policy. Return shipping charges may also apply unless the item is defective.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
